IFG’s potassium nitrate is a unique source of potassium. Its formulation maximizes fertilization efficiency while helping to rationalize the use and management of environmental resources (water and soil).
IFG’s potassium nitrate contains 100% nutrients—potassium in elemental form (K+) and nitrogen in nitrate form (NO3-)—and is free of chlorine, sodium, and other elements harmful to plants. Plants take up potassium and nitrogen rapidly but in a balanced way. This process enhances the movement of these two ions through the plant, thereby improving fertilization efficiency. It is fully water-soluble and suitable for drip irrigation and foliar applications.
IFG’s potassium nitrate does not increase the salinity of surface water. Its nitrogen nitrate allows plants to minimize chlorine uptake whenever this harmful anion is present in the nutrient solution or irrigation water. It can be premixed with phosphorus, magnesium, and calcium to enhance the nutritional value of plants.
